Minh Tam Agricultural Development JSC was born from a simple but enduring ambition: to walk alongside Vietnamese farmers. Step by step, it has earned its place through dedication, responsibility and a belief in the value of sustainable agriculture.
Guided by the motto “Cooperate to grow – Share to prosper”, Minh Tam is more than a business: it is a companion that shares the joy of each harvest and the worries that come with changing weather and soils.
Today Minh Tam runs a diversified production system covering inorganic and organic fertilizers and certified growing substrates. In parallel, it has built up its seed business, from contract production to owning variety rights.
Minh Tam has chosen a path that is steady rather than hasty, modest but firm, with research and production as its foundation, so that every step forward brings real value to farmers.

2012
Minh Tam is founded
Founded on 27 February 2012, starting with inorganic fertilizers and rice seed.
2012
NEB-26 partnership
In late 2012 Minh Tam gained access to the NEB-26 nutrient regulator and developed its Minh Tam Urea (green urea) line.
2019
Que Cuong factory
The factory in Que Cuong Industrial Cluster starts production of DAP, SA and the Minh Tam NPK lines.
2023
Mountain rural development project
Launch of a demonstration project on substrates and microbial fertilizer with the Soils and Fertilizers Research Institute.
2024
12 products registered
Decision 866/QĐ-BVTV-PB registers 12 Minh Tam fertilizers for sale until 14 March 2028.
2026
14 years with farmers
Fourteen years on, expanding into seed, organic fertilizer and growing substrates.
